Full Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns


We accept returns on most unworn and undamaged items purchased in-store or online within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, body jewellery, or custom-made and engraved items unless faulty.


2. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to offer a like-for-like replacement or store credit of equal value. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and the returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


3. Faulty or Damaged Goods


If an item is found to be faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the item and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


4. Custom or Bespoke Orders


Bespoke and personalised items are made to your exact specifications and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless found to be faulty. We will always work with you before production to ensure the final design meets your expectations.


5. Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned goods. Please allow for standard banking times before the refund appears in your account.


6. Repair Services


Repair services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where there is an issue directly related to the workmanship. All repairs are covered by our service guarantee for peace of mind.
